Returns and Cancellations Policy

Return Policy

- Please note that we are not able accept returns of any opened items.
  No refund or replacement can be provided for any item that has been opened (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap).

- Before returning any item, please make sure contacting us to help@kpopmonster.com


- You may return any item in original condition that has not been opened (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap) for a refund if it is returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
Upon receiving it back, we'll provide you with a refund for the item price through the payment method you selected when placing the order.
In case of our error or manufacturer defects, we will make a compensation according to the defects, and also reimburse you for the return postage (standard shipping method only) in case return of item is essential.

- And if items return to us from buyer's country due to wrong shipping address or unclaimed case, we will refund item price only and if buyers want us to ship items back again, buyers need to pay shipping cost again.
In case article is lost due to wrong shipping address, buyers need to pay for whole price again if he or she wants to receive the order and refund is not available.

 

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are wrapped.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours. 
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Cancellation or change after an order may result in additional charges depending on the process.

Return or cancellation fee is $ 5 per item. We will deduct the return costs from the total amount of refund.



Refunds

- You will receive refund within 3~5 business days.

- You may return any item in original condition that has not been opened (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap) for a refund if it is informed to us within 10 days of delivery.

- Items that are only presented in pre-order or first-press sales packages may not be included. This CANNOT be a reason for the refund.

- The outer case(sleeve) is to Protect goods.  Minor scratches and discoloration will not be the case for change or return.

- We do not issue the refund if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

 

Lost or Stolen

- KPOPMONSTER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

 

Damaged Package

We will pack with enough bubble wrap and wrappers to ensure that the goods are not damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the product.
We need a photo to prove it.
